“At 18 months it is not normal for any post to be arriving for Grace, so immediately I was suspicious. I thought maybe they had got the addressee wrong, but it very clearly said Grace Wood on the envelope. When I opened it and I found this application form I was stunned. At first I thought it was a joke. It really is quite funny to think my little girl could be offered a card like this. But on the other hand it is also quite scary to think how easy it now is for people to access such huge amounts of money.”
